Terms of Use

Effective date: June 29, 2026

These Terms of Use apply to Possessly, a local-first Android app available on Google Play. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.

The app

Possessly is currently available as a free limited Android app. The current production release does not include paid Pro features or live in-app purchases.

Organization tool only

Possessly is provided for personal organization and record-keeping. It is not a legal, insurance, valuation, warranty-claim, or financial advisory service.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and safekeeping of records, attachments, exports, and backups you create or maintain. Verify warranty and purchase details with the original retailer or manufacturer where needed.

No guarantees

Possessly does not guarantee:

Local data

Data is stored locally on your device. There is no cloud sync or account-based recovery in the current version. Uninstalling the app or clearing app data may delete local records unless you saved a backup outside the app.

User content

Records, attachments, exports, and backups are created from information you enter or select. You control whether to share or store copies outside the app.

Acceptable use

Use Possessly lawfully and for personal organization. Do not misuse the app in ways that violate applicable law or third-party rights.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Possessly and its developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app or reliance on records or exports you create.

Changes

We may update these Terms when the app or site changes. Continued use after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, subject to applicable law.
